Can people tell I am wearing a wig?

Today wigs are as natural as your hair. The synthetic fiber today is now as natural looking as human hair.
The “wiggy” look is gone when you purchase a quality wig. The hair line disappears with the hand tied lace front wigs.

Isn’t a wig uncomfortable?

A quality wig will weight less than 2oz if made from synthetic fiber slightly more if made from human hair.
The caps on wigs are light weight mesh and anti-slip lining to prevent rubbing

What style should I choose?

Choose a style similar to what you are wearing and color close to the color of your own hair. Don’t change your style right away; wait a little while until you get used to wearing a wig.

Aren’t wigs expensive?

Wigs can cost anywhere from $70.00-$3000. It depends on how natural you want to look. Some insurance companies will cover all or some portion of the cost. You can call your insurance company for benefits and information. You need a prescription for hair prosthesis and your wig professional to state the same on your sales receipt. You will want this at tax time as well.

Will I have to try the wigs on in public?

Our experienced wig consultants will show you any of our wigs and hair additions in one of the three private rooms.
We will instruct you on how to put your wig on properly and how to care for it. Our staff of wig and hair replacement specialists are here to help you with all types of medical or permanent hair loss.
